  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
  • One-time and prepaid: no subscription, no automatic renewal, no proration.
  • No success fee or commission on any sale. Paying never makes a startup verified.

Questions, answered

Is Ventmark free?

Yes. Listing a startup, publishing it and keeping it listed are free, with no time limit. Paid plans are optional and never needed to stay listed.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-time, prepaid payment for a fixed number of days. When it ends, the listing simply goes back to the free listing; buy another term if you want one.

Does a paid plan make my startup verified?

No. Paying changes tools and visibility, never verification. Revenue counts as verified only from payment data you connect and choose to share.

Does Ventmark take a fee when I sell my startup?

No. There is no success fee or commission. Ventmark is a directory, not a broker, and is not a party to any sale.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds cover duplicate charges, a plan that never started, or a fault on our side; not a change of mind. The Refund Policy has the details.
